III TOLK FOLK was held on June, 30 in The Town Park. The leading aim of the event was to create the largest cobweb of The Spider Forest. More than 3000meters of robes was used to make it. Cobweb creation took 4 hours ( from 3 p.m. till 7 p.m. ). The diameter of the cobweb was about 30 m. There was also The First Hobbit Run in groups. The prizes were founded by AMBER Company. Thanks to co-operation with British Council, a concert of IRON HORSE from Scotland was performed, as well as a concert of Russian CAPRIS BAND. The arrangements of songs inspired by "The Lord of The Rings" won the audience's harts. A competition for the most original Middle Earth uniform took place. Uniform of "Young Gandalf won a prize( an invitation for Polish official premiere of "The Lord of Rings".) The whole event was traditionally finished with a staging presented Gandalf meeting with Nazguls. It is very important that during the event no alcohol or beer were sold. Playing in "sobber state" was propagated. Almost all the participants of the event recognised this form of the event.
